Marquis Modern Towns Construction Well Underway
Significant progress has been made on the construction of 96 stacked townhomes at our Guelph development project. These are being developed in four blocks comprising 24 townhomes each.
Half of the units have nearly completed the installation of exterior doors and windows, with mechanical and electrical rough-ins, insulation, and siding installation nearing completion. The remaining units are currently undergoing drywall installation, with interior finish work such as trim and painting in progress.
